There's a scene where it's a blue-black night and she's starting a lighting storm and it's just flat out gorgeous in its coloring and drawing. The stories in this book are really good and once I got over trying to find a way to piece them together somehow it stopped driving me crazy. Storm, of course, has a big problem with it and makes trouble for everyone causing chaos and disrupting the careful treaty they have. This has kept the gangs from killing innocent civilians. Storm finds out that Logan was helping him with an underground gang where they sit and work out their problems around a table and any disagreements are fought on a field of battle by members of the gangs. Yukio is more upset than normal about Logan being dead. Logan was supposed to be there to meet with him over some business. But she doesn't stay away for long and it's a good thing because something underhanded is going on.Īnother story has Storm dealing with her grief over Logan's death by visiting Yukio. So, at Beast's urging, she leaves to stop an incident from happening. The government there is not so welcoming of her presence as the people and want the mutant gone. One story has Storm stopping a tsunami from hitting the town of Santo Marco and saving the people and the village. It's an interesting way to read one of these books, though kind of irritating when you're looking to connect the stories and there's no connection. The book just bounces from one story to another. The storylines are different and there is not one single storyline that drives the comic like there usually is when they combine them into one book.
